Sometimes the most honest reactions in love are the ones that are not calculated, processed and obsessed over until there nothing left but doubt, cynicism and fear.

That first honest reaction you have with yourself – that heart jolting untainted emotion you experience, free from human meddling and influence. To me is love!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN FOND OF LOVE! Fond of mushy, sticky emotions that leave you feeling crippled and all emotional – However, sometimes these things come out of the blue and turn even a cynic like myself into a believer. And when that happens, it really doesn't take a whole day to recognize sunshine!

And remember love is an everyday act and not just reserved for one day. So do not get all caught up on the commercial aspect of it. Real love doesn’t cost a dime.

So forget the chocolate, the roses, and the superficial behaviors for one night. And instead celebrate love the rest of the 364 days of the year.

But nonetheless, Happy Valentine's Day people. Wherever you are, I hope you're with your loved ones.
